I bought these to place a photo in a floating frame and I'm very happy with the result. You have to look very, very closely to see even a hint of those sharp corners in the photos. Because they're smooth enough to protect photos, they don't really grab into corners, so getting them to just stay in corners can be tricky. correct place while posting the photo. For my floating glass frame I used a wet eraser marker on the outside of the glass back to mark where I wanted the photo to line up, then I fitted the corners of the photo into small mounts (leave them on a roll of duct tape, open a pocket with your fingernail or something) to make sure your photo's layers don't get stuck, slide the corner of the photo into place and then remove the mount from the backing of the tape) - I got the bottom one first Corner made, holding it along the edge with my finger while I made the other bottom corner, and then lined up the photo and placed it on the frame glass (I don't do the top corners). The mounts stick very well and look great. I would definitely recommend them to other people for a similar project. holding them with my finger along the edge while I did the other bottom corner, and then aligned the photo and placed it on the frame glass (I don't do the top corners).
