Review on ALTIUS Pre Workout Supplement Formulation Performance by Dionne Reyes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Become a man in the gym with ALTIUS

I've been looking for a long time for a pre-workout with exactly the same composition of ingredients, with correct and effective dosage of Beta-Alanine, Citralin Malate 2:1 (not just citrulline), creatine monohydrate, etc., and endure the attempt to buy powdered supplements in bulk and try to mix your own. Every PWO I've read the ingredient list on was either weak on the ingredients I wanted and needed additional supplements, or none at all. I was about to order Kaged Muscle Pre-Kaged, the ingredient profile was close but not quite what I was looking for. Then I stumbled across Altius and have no regrets. This is fantastic material. I have a second bucket and it is added to our regular subscription and saves. It delivers fantastic strength, rep and weight gains, great pumps, fantastic focus and endurance for long workouts. No artificial flavor enhancers and other nonsense, which I expect. The taste isn't as bad as a sour cherry, but then again, I don't care about the taste, I care about the result. If you want something that tastes like Kool-Aid, buy some of that low-quality junk filled with sugar and malt. Just slide this stuff, wait 20-30 minutes and get to work. As soon as I feel a tingle from beta-alanine, I start lifting weights. I can't recommend this stuff enough, it makes a world of difference in the gym. My tubs come with 2 packs of desiccant each, no clumps and they mix easily so this isn't a problem. I usually mix 1 scoop with 6-8 ounces of water and drink. I then drink 24-48 ounces of water during my workout, sometimes with an amino acid booster like Myo-Build, post-workout whey protein, and 5g of creatine mono. Works great.
