I really like how easy it was to integrate into my website as well as have quick access via email or phone call when needed! The customer service has been great so far also - nothing but positive things about this product!! Nothing at present that we dislike in particular; however if you are looking just use other products first before purchasing (like google). We were able solve some of issues surrounding finding qualified candidates quickly while saving time by not having multiple people searching through resumes/profiles individually which can be costly especially during busy times such as now post COVID19 pandemic situation.
