My husband, who doesn't drink coffee, couldn't understand why I insisted on this coffee machine and not the K brand coffee machines that can be found in every store. But I've used these machines and don't need the frustrating cup of coffee they make. Touch Plus, this coffee machine, solves all these problems. It turns on instantly - no need to wait to select your cup size. It takes a little longer to brew, but you get a full, fragrant cup of coffee. Since I can also select the coffee size immediately after switching on the coffee machine, I don't even notice how long it takes. I love that I can use any brand or type of coffee and that it comes with a reusable filter so I can use my own coffee bags or just save money. Haven't tried the carafe yet, so I'm not sure if the coffee will be strong enough, but it's a small carafe. It seems like coffee costs two cups. I can't imagine getting four cups out of it.
