First off, this is a great coffee maker. but it's honestly much more than that, it's a great company! About 6 months after buying the coffee machine I had a leak in the water tank. I called the company and Julie could not have been better or more helpful. First she helped me to solve the problem. Then when she wanted her team to look at it, she sent me a prepaid UPS label and within a week I had a brand new one back with no problems!
