First off, this is a great coffee maker. but it's honestly much more than that, it's a great company! About 6 months after buying the coffee machine I had a leak in the water tank. I called the company and Julie could not have been better or more helpful. First she helped me to solve the problem. Then when she wanted her team to look at it, she sent me a prepaid UPS label and within a week I had a brand new one back with no problems! This was a good reason to buy a touch machine as you can rest assured that they will support your machine and help you! I've read countless reviews of other KCup machines and most people say they either junk or work for a while but need to be replaced regularly. With Touch, you don't have to worry about that. Both my mum and I have one and we love them, even traded our Nespresso for them!
