It was exactly what I wanted. I connect a promotional card reader hub directly to my Android smartphone and then connect a USB hub to it. The bottom USB-C port remains open for use with USB 3.0 flash drives. This allows me to use a wireless keyboard and mouse, download from SD cards, edit photos or videos on my phone, and then save them to flash drives or internal storage for later use. The only thing I don't like is that the USB-C port cannot be used for charging, only the media input. However, the USB 3.0 end can be used for power delivery. If the USB-C port could be used to power it, that would be ideal.
