Easy to insert. I have 13 holes in my ears and although the small holes were a bit difficult to hit, it was worth using needle nose pliers to close them. I really like these earrings. I was afraid they would break easily on me because they have to be twisted to fit my ears, but that didn't happen. At least not the first time. I'm sure if they get twisted too much they'll break eventually, but unless I get an X-ray or MRI of my head I won't change them. I really like her. Good thickness, stainless steel and a good price for the number of rings you get. 20 gauge is the best for me.
