I have looked at many different tables for my 3 and 2 year olds. This one said it was solid wood and the reviews I read were good for quality and durability. It all came down to this or IKEA. I wish I could save some money and go for an IKEA table! To get the facts straight, this is NOT a real tree! See attached photo of one of the broken chairs. I bought this item precisely because REAL wood was written on it instead of a cheaper IKEA table. Nothing but a cheap press box. And less than a month later my 3 year old son sat in a chair and broke his back. Now I know kids are picky, but if it was a real tree it wouldn't be easy to break. So I bought it knowing it was real and would last a long time. I am very disappointed that this Kid Craft table is being passed off as real wood and Revain is falsely promoting this product. In fact, I spent so much money on a product that my kids used for a month before it started breaking (we still had a chair from the set). I get very frustrated when I buy anything else from Revain knowing it may not be as advertised in the product listing. To me, Revain should have known about this product in advance as it was a PRIME item from Revain and was dispatched from their warehouse upon purchase. Shame on you, Revane! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
