I've already lost one. Better than my paring knife which I have used for years as I have never been able to find a knife that works for me. They seem less significant than advertised. They are also smaller than I thought. They can't last very long. The blade is sometimes clogged with crusts. Be careful. Really very sharp. Not bad for the price. A note though. it makes small jagged grooves in the finished vegetables. Think about how to use a serrated knife to cut cheese. I just find it strange. It doesn't really bother me, but some might.
