I thought about getting a cheaper airport, but I was won over by the rave reviews about Zojirushi. I'm not disappointed with the slight price increase. I took this because I wanted hot coffee in my office throughout the day. After a few weeks of use I can only rave about it. At first glance, the coffee pot looks very well made. The glass tank inside keeps your coffee warm for as long as you need it without extra heat. This is especially nice because I can sip all day without worrying about my coffee burning. At the end of the day, the leftover coffee is still hot. In fact I forgot about the incomplete pots left in there overnight and the residual heat was enough to keep the coffee still warm enough to drink the next day. The pump is great too. There's a spring-loaded lever that pushes it out of the way when not in use. The pump itself squeezes out almost every last drop of the drink without pumping it over and over again. I've used a few cheaper pans at meetings and it's a blessing - you never have to worry about pumping multiple times just to pour out the last cup or two. The stainless steel exterior is attractive and looks professional, but is a bit prone to wear and tear. Water stains (not that I really care). If you are looking for a coffee machine, this is your last stop.
