On a low carb diet, it's nice to have a scoop of whipped cream on top of a cup of berries for dessert. There is an easy way to get there. But. I've heard *terrible warnings* about accidents involving pressure dispensers, which I won't repeat here. Yes, I have no doubt some of the plastic liners can fail, but not this durable aluminum industrial tool. The container is made of thick aluminum, the screw cap is made of even thicker aluminum and all fittings are well made. I do not know what pressure it is suitable for, but I am sure that what a small 8 gram cartridge can produce is many times less. The threads for the top are very strong, everything connects easily and smoothly, it seals well. Also, the included extra lid gasket and cartridge holder are a nice touch. These are the parts you are most likely to damage or lose, so there you go, spares are already in the box. Overall this is a well made, well thought out and well packaged product.
