Don't buy from Cable Matters. A lot of reviews say they didn't get a category 6a cable, but a cable that looks more like a category 5e cable. Yes, you are right. The cable I received says Cat6a but it was actually a poor quality Cat5e. Cat6a must always have a slot and must have a Cat6a RJ45 connector that is staggered rather than linear.
