Eh. It is in order. Neither the packaging nor the brush itself indicated which brush to use for what. If you know what you are doing I think it will be good. I don't know and could use the instructions. Also, the brushes themselves are quite short. Not pins, fibers. This seems to make it difficult to apply the eyeshadow very evenly. You seem to apply whatever you apply to the skin first and then just pull the product from where you move it. Not super soft either. Spread too much and they become irritating to sensitive eye skin. Quality ok for the price. It's better to spend money on something better, IMHO.
