The vest is of very high quality. Very adjustable, you can adjust where the vest goes up or down. I can pull the straps out and the vest pockets hang below the waist, or I can pull the straps taut and raise the vest 6-8 inches higher. This does not change the width of the vest, only the vertical height. The width is adjustable with a strap/clip at the front, which works well. Has 2 pockets with buttons and 2 wide pockets with shell closure - very nice. Next to the play bag there is a decent zipped backpack pocket on the back where I will keep my canine first aid kit. There are also 2 water bottle holders. Just great. I bought M/L and it fits perfectly. I usually wear a large shirt, 5ft 10in, 185lbs.
