Please note all 1 star ratings. I had about 8 of these. They are great when they work. But they invariably fail after 2 months. I highly recommend requesting a refund from Revain within 1 month as they fail. That's the only guarantee you can swear by. Forget the Phillips guarantee. I tried once. It took 6 months and about 40 emails and phone calls. Not worth my free time. I bought the so called new model which is more reliable but unfortunately broke down within 2 weeks! Worse than the old model.
