The service is beyond anything I have ever experienced. When the grinder broke down, the seller responded immediately by sending me a replacement grinder free of charge to use while my grinder was repaired (and I must keep the replacement grinder!). A return label was included with the replacement grinder so that the defective grinder could be sent in for repair free of charge. The repaired grinder was returned promptly and worked perfectly. The grinder is very light and handy, has a lot of power and runs very smoothly. Having had a bad experience (constant failures) with one of the famous brushless grinders, I'm particularly fond of this grinder.
