Standoff screws included but no standoffs. Remember that you need washers to properly use longer bolts. The bottle opener is great. It's thin, so it can't always be removed with one touch, but the main thing is convenience. It works, but a dedicated bottle opener will always be better. If you're not familiar with Key Smart, they're amazing. .key organizer, but taking apart and adding keys or components is a mystery and a pain. It's not difficult, you just need some patience to assemble and fasten everything. Love having it as it makes keys smaller and the little extras like that opener and quick shutdown are great. I wish the shutdown lock mechanism was a little easier to lock and unlock, but as I rarely trip up I'll live with that.
