Terrible! Don't waste money! After installation according to the instructions (I had to drill a hole in the cupboard, there is no going back) it worked five times (tightly and jerkily). The key will be difficult to put in the lock and difficult to turn but I thought I got what I paid for so I shrugged and moved on. However, after trying to insert the key again, I couldn't insert it more than a few millimeters into the lock. I could see there was a piece of metal hanging in the lock preventing the key from getting in, so I used a tiny flathead screwdriver to push that metal up and out of the way. After that the key came in but didn't turn the lock. As if it were the wrong key now. Comes with two keys and both behave the same. Now I'm looking for a new lock from another manufacturer. 😡
