Review on 🏢 Holmes HUL310-U-2 1 Gallon Ultrasonic Humidifier, Adjustable Mist, White by Arlene Martinez

I had a Holmes Warm Mist humidifier for a few years and liked it but this product is nowhere to be found so after researching and reading the reviews I bought this product. .In the beginning my husband and I liked the product as it was quieter than the old model and you could see the visible mist coming out. As other reviewers have pointed out, warm fog isn't actually warm. It comes out (slightly) warm, when you put your hand to the nozzle you (barely) feel the heat, but once it comes out of the nozzle it becomes a cool mist. This was good as we used it in our baby room, it was perfect so the child doesn't hurt themselves if they accidentally touch the nozzle. But after a month of use, the sensor broke (see photo) and came off. . I washed the device weekly with vinegar using only a soft toothbrush and towel. It also started making a lot of noise. Also, completely cleaning the device will not work. There are some locations/areas I can't reach to completely delete them. The instructions suggested cleaning it with bleach, but I don't want to use bleach on a product that sheds mist into my child's room. Unfortunately I discovered this after 1 month, so I cannot return the product. Don't repeat my mistake. I wouldn't buy this.
