Best Roller for Chronic Myofascial Pain

I LOVE this video! I bought about 4-5 different rolls because. I have chronic myofascial pain syndrome all over my body! Long story but it hurts a lot and this video helps a lot! They all feel a little different, but this one seems to offer the most relief - it's not as painful as some of the others, but it provides just enough pressure and the right feel to really soothe and relieve tension and pain. I think I may have broken it last night (note I'm using STRONG pressure) but I don't care because I'll be buying it again! The Lol & Handle grip is better than most.
