I took it for myself and for the most part I liked it. Gave to my wife when she started working from home due to Covid. Now she has to make a lot of phone calls, and she says she couldn't do her job without him. The only problem is that the metal holding the working end of the headset can spread and fall apart too easily. Nothing breaks, it just spreads and makes it fall off. Very annoying. Here's a simple solution: I used one of my wife's rubber bands for hair. Just wrap it around the metal until it's tight enough that it never spreads out enough to let it come out of the holes. Works great and when the headband is black it looks factory made. I hope I don't confuse anyone. Easy to fix. I don't think I'll get that back from my wife so when it comes back in stock I'll take another one.
