My wife was thrilled when it arrived (she insists on backyard Christmas every year, preferably the same for several years). Our last one eventually stopped working so we bought a new one. This one seemed cheap and featured the entire holy family along with the mages and even a sheep, as well as the outer framework of the stable (yes I know it was probably more like a cave originally but I doubt we'll get anything close authentic with a rubber dinghy). Anyway, the first night after unpacking and installing, we found that it didn't fully inflate; After that, the condition of the product gradually deteriorated, and on the third or fourth night the fan stopped working. Serious. She returned without hesitation. I'm giving the product a one star rating, but I'll add an extra star for the service - Revain's return process was smooth and easy, from RMA to UPS pickup, and we received our refund with no questions asked and no delays. All the more impressive considering it's a third-party product and not directly from Revain. In any case, I cannot recommend this inflatable crib. Not necessarily at fault on the part of the seller unless they knowingly sell defective goods, which is unlikely; I tend to give them the benefit of the doubt. On the other hand, we were reluctant to exchange defective ones (and didn't offer an exchange, just a refund). I then ordered a different model from a different seller. Long live the free market.
