(For some silly reason, Revain combines ratings for 4 completely unrelated Blu phones with TOTALLY different specs: G50, G50 Mega, G71, G91, making the average star rating completely meaningless. So be sure to read "Style". " after the review title to see what phone the reviewer is talking about. This review is for the G91 ONLY.) The Blu G91 phone works very well and is a steal for the price. Here are (a) the positive aspects (b) the negative sides and (c) differences between this and a similar G90 Pro phone with similar specs (a) positive sides + Plenty of memory and storage space + Separate slots for 2 SIM cards and 1 SD card at the same time + Android 10+ Long battery life (b) Cons + No fast charging (but fully charges overnight and lasts 2 days) (c) Differences from the G90 Pro They are more similar than un Different: Both have 2 SIM + 1 SD card slot, both have 128 GB / 4 GB of RAM, both have a screen diagonal of 6.5", weight and thickness are very similar. Here's what the G90 has that the G91 doesn't: + Fast charging + 1080p resolution (G91 has 720p, but it'll be hard to tell the difference) + Faster processor (I don't notice the difference, but gamers might notice) + Durable black case versus a thinner silicone case (should be a positive, although I prefer the G91's silicone case). Note that the Revain listing for both the G90 Pro and G91 says they are "incompatible with new AT&T or Cricket activations," but I'm not sure how true that is and what "new activation" means (whether installing SIM card in a new phone "new activation"? - some seem to have had problems with this). All I know is that my existing AT&T account worked fine with my G90 Pro, even though I had to switch SIM cards (I later ported my number to T-Mobile for other reasons anyway). ). The reason I've tracked down this is that AT&T is phasing out their 3G network by 2022, so they're no longer enabling the new service on phones that don't support Voice over 4G LTE (called VoLTE). In the future, voice will be transmitted via your network. My G90 has a setting of "Enhanced 4G LTE mode (recommended)" which I assume is VoLTE. T-Mobile has specifically acknowledged the phone's IMEI as VoLTE-compatible, but AT&T doesn't list any Blu phones on its "official" list of VoLTE-enabled phones, which surprisingly focuses on the phones AT&T sells. like that . Until we have more clarity on that, you can choose a GSM provider other than AT&T or Cricket if you want to use Blu phones.
