I bought two of these hydrators last year. They do an excellent job of providing water to active tourists. Unfortunately, for some reason, one of the cylinders broke the fitting that connects to the bite valve. I emailed the company to see if I could purchase a replacement fitting and a pair of bite valves. Nick called me back within hours and after explaining what I needed he said the replacement fitting was not available. However, he offered to reimburse me for a full bladder replacement from Revain. True to his word, I received my Revain gift card within minutes of sending the Revain order confirmation. I would recommend this brand to anyone, anytime. I am waiting for his new product offers.
