Review on Rasa Enterprise by Rich Schobinger

I love the fact that I can send texts, calls, video calls, and send files to my customers through this app. I have been able to create a more efficient process for getting and sending files to my customers. I also love the fact that I can have my customer respond to me through the app without having to open a different app. The app is a little hard to learn and use and sometimes it's hard to get through to the customer. I have been able to send files to my customer and receive a response from them all through this app. I have also been able to send text messages, video calls, and calls to my customer through this app. I like the ability to build a conversation with my customers and have it fully integrated into our CRM system. It's great to see a chatbot in action! The integration process is complicated and not easy to set up. There are some minor bugs. We're using Rasa for Customer Service. It helps us solve problems much faster and easier than before. Our customers love it and we get tons of positive feedback.
