I like how easy it was to learn how to navigate and use the software! I also felt the customer service was great. If you are looking for a solution to help with your email list and manage your prospecting process, then this is the program for you. If you need help answering questions or have any issues, the support team is always ready and willing to walk you through how to get things done. There were several features I would love to see added such as a dashboard and more reports, but that could be solved by having some extra resources (it is not difficult). This is definitely something you can look into if you are in need of better communication between departments. We really benefited from creating an organized and efficient process. Our emails are now much more consistent and we are able to track our leads.
