Salesforce CRM is essential in keeping customers organized

The most important thing about this software was that it helped us to keep track of our customer's data, which we could use for future marketing campaigns or other purposes as well! I also liked how easy everything worked out with sales force cloud CRm because you can access your information from anywhere at anytime using any device without having problems like before when working off-site where internet connections were slow/not available sometimes etc -.- This product has made my life easier by providing me an opportunity to have all records stored within one place so i don't need to go back home every time just once if needed then work remotely again instead going through multiple files scattered around different folders.

  • Ease in accessing
  • Simple interface & navigation system
  • Easy search function.
  • Good features included such "Lead" tracking feature (i think its called).etc.also good CRM tool :)
Cons
  • Not much..maybe nothing really comes into mind
