I have reviewed this bag. In a production environment, most products break down within months if not weeks, but this bag is in excellent condition. My laptop stays secure and has enough space for all the manuals and my stationery. A convenient zippered airport compartment is ideal for customs as well as for training on the ground. I can fold it up to provide a clean and safe environment for my laptop and documents when I'm doing a test. In addition, it is very easy to clean. A damp washcloth is all it takes to restore the shine minus a cloth backing, and it only takes a few scrubs to bring it back to normal. Also, the soft fabric is so comfortable to wear that I prefer it the way it is. The outer hard shell has saved me from several bangs on metal and one day I dropped it while getting out of the car. The contents inside and the bag itself were not affected. Where others fail and lack functionality, this bag has proven itself over and over again. I recommend this bag to everyone. It has a stylish look for any setting; School, work or private use. It's worth every penny spent and when it finally wears off I'll be a repeat customer. I don't usually write reviews unless I'm very impressed with the product and I'm a very picky person. Love love love this Alienware bag.
