Hi folks, I am serious about strength training and need a good source of protein. Why organic? The supposedly "better" whey protein powders are high in heavy metals if you consume them 3 times a day or more. (LA Time - Google "Heavy Metal in Serum" as judge). Not to mention all the antibiotics, growth hormones and pesticides that end up in our diet. So I decided to go organic with everything I consume in bulk, especially proteins - milk, eggs, nuts and now whey. The product is excellent, albeit a bit high in calories. How does it taste? It doesn't taste great, but a little Hershey's strawberry/chocolate mixed with bananas (work on it) in a blender can make a world of difference! You can find a blender for $12-$15 or get a blender bulb bottle. Why 4 out of 5 stars? For the price - you don't get enough protein and the calories are a bit higher. But hey, it's organic. I'll probably buy it until something better comes along. Overall a great product if the labels are right - first class shipping is a huge plus!
