Problems with this box

I bought Magicsee and Firestick on the same day, Firestick works great, Magicsee on the other hand only problems, start with WLAN, 6ft modem. away from the box and gets a maximum of 40 Mbit/s, after several tests nothing changes. Default apps google play, youtube freeze and go back to home, did some updates and after several tries the same freeze, open chrome again Did a reset on the box and no difference, box is a lemon! Suitable for darts!
