Works well with 18 " MBPro Retina

Those of you who buy a 2018 MacBook Pro 18" Retina will be disappointed with the lack of connectivity - all you get is 4 proprietary Thunderbolt ports . 3 ports. If you don't want to upgrade all your peripherals (!), this device represents the perfect solution. It occupies two of your TB3 ports (either on the left, or rotate the device to place it on the right of your laptop), but instead gives you one back (so you still have 3xTB3) as well as 2x USB3.1 ports (the older, larger USB port), a…

Best Addition in the Computers & Accessories Category

I don't like the direction Apple is taking, but I left it to the laptops. Knowing I'd always use the same trusty high school mouse, I needed something like an adapter to mark what I needed. (I'm picky) - Slim and stylish - Lightweight - Two USB-A ports - One for my mouse and one to charge other things if needed - SSD card for uploading photos - HDMI so I can karaoke with friends via laptop make or watch the video can show on the big screen. I'm glad it marks what I need - I noticed while…

When I opened it I was impressed by the quality of the materials and its lightness. I plugged it in, plugged in the USB-C charging cable, and left. My new Bluetooth mouse was a little buggy so I switched it to USB. Voila! No more trouble. The size is perfect for storing in a reading glasses case. I may or may

Small/compact, durable, fast and compatible with MacBook Pro

I recently bought this hub for my new MacBook Pro as it only has USB-C ports. This annoys me in the new Mac design because I have to lug around other external storage devices and adapters. I tested two hubs, one from VAVA and the other from Purgo. The Purgo concentrator has outperformed the VAVA in every way. It's small and made of durable materials. The most important feature is that this hub is compatible with my fast data transfer seagate time machine. The hub got warm at maximum data…
