Review on 🚪 VEPAGOO Rear Liftgate Lift Support Arms - Hatchback Struts for 2005-2010 Scion tC Trunk Gas Shocks (Pack of 2 / Pair) by George Cochran

I received the studs from Vepagoo and was happy to wear them. After that they didn't work at all. i wasn't happy So I took them off and put the old ones back on. They're not entirely gone, just finicky. After putting them on, I looked at the two Vepagoo racks and found that one of the two racks was not working at all. I was able to slide a thinner cylinder into a thicker one without a little pressure. The other one, however, was rock solid and I couldn't move it. So I took one of the old shelves out of the car and put a GOOD Vepagoo shelf in it. It worked very well. How much better would it be if I had two working racks but one works. Very good. I could tell I had a new jamb as the tailgate went up much easier. I would recommend these spacers, but a pity that a completely useless spacer was mistaken for a working one. Just UPDATED: Vepagoo was happy to offer to send me replacement spacers so I could replace a broken spacer. THAT is customer service and THAT makes me a regular customer. I only gave them 4 stars because one frame broke the other worked great and now that both frames work great I can give this product the 5 stars it deserves. 5 stars for customer satisfaction!
