Good layering for the price
I'm 5'8, 140 lbs, small chest. I ordered a medium size and it fits my body snugly but not too tight. The material is somewhat elastic. , with a slightly shiny outside and a fleece inside. I've worn these snow boots in cold weather and they definitely added warmth. However, the material does not absorb moisture and does not reduce odor in the same way as merino wool. For sports I stick to wool base layers, I like to wear this shirt under my clothes in the city or around the campfire.
