I have used this product to prevent hairballs in my cats for many years. In a multi-cat household, I give it to my cats every day after I've brushed them. My cats have always looked forward to the end of their daily routine to receive this treat. Having recently received an order, I noticed a change in the tube used and immediately noticed a change in the consistency of the product. Now it's very runny and I can't measure it out of the tube for every cat to lick it off. It's also a lot stickier and more viscous. It hung out of my cat's mouth like strands of melted mozzarella cheese. Cats didn't like the texture or the taste. You will not eat it now. I didn't appreciate the mess it caused. Simply removing the cap created long strands of substance that extended between the cap and the tube. I compared the ingredients to those on the used tube and noticed that corn syrup was added along with the other ingredients. I am terribly disappointed with this formula change and will not purchase this product again.
