Review on BryterCX Journey Management Suite by Aaron Cruz

The software has great features that help my team understand our customers needs better than ever before as well as their expectations from us so far this year. It's easy for new people coming into an organization who are more used to newer technology to use it with ease too! Easy access in real time! - Accessibility can be improved but I think they have made some improvements since last week when i attended training. We've been able to see which channels/funnels perform best at different times (during peak season or not), how much traffic each channel receives throughout every day during business hours only (not weekends).
