These lanterns look so pretty at night and create the perfect soft atmosphere. The light is soft yellow and they're not too bright. The photos don't do them justice. I bought two and spliced them together so keep in mind they are quite short. The "cord" of these garlands is actually two or three white wires twisted together. You can get tangled (or untangled wrong) if you're not careful. There is no on/off switch so you have to turn the light off when not in use and turn it back on when in use, or you can just buy a remote control socket which makes things a lot easier. If you are in an area with bugs, the bugs like to explore at night and sometimes get stuck in the lanterns!
