I like these lanterns. Add the perfect amount of coziness to our living room. They are high quality and look great. We currently use them indoors so I can't comment on how well they hold up to the weather. I was worried the nylon might look cheap but they look like silk lanterns. I took 20 light strands and folded them in half, hanging from ceiling to floor (so the strand doubles). The light looks a bit whiter (colder) in the photo, but is actually a very nice warm white.

These lanterns look so pretty at night and create the perfect soft atmosphere. The light is soft yellow and they're not too bright. The photos don't do them justice. I bought two and spliced them together so keep in mind they are quite short. The "cord" of these garlands is actually two or three white wires twisted together. You can get tangled (or untangled wrong) if you're not careful. There is no on/off switch so you have to turn the light off when not in use and turn it back on when in use,

CONS: ATTENTION: These are NOT LED bulbs as stated in the description. Currently we only buy LED bulbs (safety and much less power consumption).
