I order these and received them earlier than expected. Bonus! They install easily buy removing the desk plastic covers and the plastic ring insert. You pass the the cord through the plastic nut and simply tighten. Very easy to install. I am a bit of a organization nut so I wan the outlets lined up so they are ascetically pleasing. I bought new electric couches but they didn’t have USB’s so I decided to make end tables. So I made the tables drilled the holes 🕳 added this product and vuala! They are so cool, I love them. Plus my kids are amazed buy it and me for the idea! Lol

The product is great for the vanity I put together for my girlfriend. Only issue I have with it is that the cover is a bit difficult to open. I'm sure with more use it'll start to slide more easily.

High quality product. Do not drill too close to a corner - you will need a clearance for the plastic washer below the surface (normal).

I bought this as an add to a counter top I built for my RV. I could have just put in a grommet and run a power strip through it, but I like the power configuration and the sliding cover on this. I drilled a 2” hole for it but with the threads it wouldn’t fit. It required some additional work to widen the hole a couple of millimeters to allow it to fit. Otherwise it was perfect.

My husband used these in side tables for the bedroom that he built. They worked perfectly. Great purchase. Very affordable.

Install was super easy, and this worked perfectly for what I wanted. The nut ring works well to hold into place. USB ports may not provide enough power to charge devices quickly.

I had to drill a 2" diameter hole through the desktop, with a 2" hole-saw. Once I installed it on my wife's desk, she can charge her cell phone right there while she uses it. This is good, Big Smiles.

I installed it in a minute and have used it daily! I like this desk grommet outlet better than the others offered because it has the rotating cover. When I'm done, I just slide the cover over the outlets and they are protected from dirt dust and whatever ills may befall my desk top. The cover is sleek and flat and doesn't interfere with using the space.

I purchased a new desk for my recently retired mother and quickly found that she needed easier access to power USB devices without crawling under the desk to reach the computer. With this Desktop Power Grommet she does not need to anymore. It fit into the pre-drilled hole on the desktop and right into a power source under the desk. Now she can charge anything without crawling under the desk and that's a win!
