My first issue with using this chair was that it was HEAVY. I figured it would translate into structural strength. It is not. The second problem was that the wheels/casters are so cheaply built and poorly constructed that they have absolutely no slipping or rolling even on thin carpet without a hardwood floor mat and base. So I spent $38 and bought a "good" set of "lightweight" all-surface skates. Well, they drive better. A PROBLEM ACCORDING TO STRUCTURAL WHEELS OR CHAIR LEGS CANNOT WITHSTAND THE PRESSURE OF A 130 POUND PERSON TRYING TO ROLL ON THIN CARPET AND 2 ENDS ON THE LEGS ARE BROKEN AND OUR HELP GROUND. NO, WE DO NOT request a refund or replacement. I agree to just buy a good quality wheelchair. Seriously, the chair wasn't cheap, and the replacement casters cost $38 and were pretty high quality. Too much for a cheap chair. This is a "DO NOT RECOMMEND" review!
