First, my family has two of these boards that I bought direct from Bits and Pieces a few years ago. They have survived and continue to be used regularly. This inspired me to spend unexpected funds to buy a tray for my school. When I opened the package today I was dismayed to see that one of the groin edges was barely attached. The glue is dry and the nails do nothing. One of the nails holding it is actually not straight and is sticking out towards the work surface of the puzzle instead of straight down. Also, the main puzzle tray is deformed on one side with no rim, causing one of the drawers not to close completely. UPDATE: I returned a Revain product and they promptly shipped a new one; However, the night before the scheduled delivery I received a notification that there was a problem with the address and the item was being returned to sender. When I logged in to check the tracking, it turned out that the item was shipped in a completely different condition. My address was correct. An error occurred on the other end. Once my money has been refunded I will purchase this item directly from Bits & Pieces as I have in the past and will do my best to reduce shipping costs or keep an eye out for any special shipping offers.
