If not the best, then certainly one of the best. I am currently standing in an office with two other persons who also work there in addition to me. The armchair may be adjusted to a single position, and it rolls; the sounds, at least, do not irritate anyone. Because it offers a level of comfort that is on par with that of chairs that are sold in a more expensive price range, I find that I truly enjoy using it.
