This camera does not have a protective case as described in the description. If you want to use a microphone, you need a microphone jack on your computer (it doesn't work with a USB cable). Finally, everyone I've spoken to complains that they can't hear me well and have to turn the sound up to the maximum. I would like to return it, but I threw away the box with the barcode.
