The product works quite well. Amazing price at $20. It plays mp3 and wma and has bluetooth capability. Pros: - It has a separate clock! (that's why I bought this one; I like it when the clock is always visible in my car) - It plays music from a flash drive (micro SD and USB) - Can take calls and make calls via cellphone + bluetooth - The Sound quality is good. About 10 times better than the radio that came with my Crown Victoria 2003 P71, even for FM. Maybe not for audiophiles, but nice to listen to. - The radio remembers what song it was in and where in the song it was. (Make sure you have properly connected the accessory and power cord). - Has the function of automatic scanning of broadcast FM channels. Cons: - Instructions are very confusing. Poor English and incomplete (there are several undocumented key functions) - the displayed song title, artist name and album title are missing letters and spaces. This is a minor annoyance. If only they could release a firmware update to fix this - The button layout isn't perfect, especially on the remote (why do car stereos come with remotes? And why is there always one important thing you need a remote for?) - You need a remote control. Remote control to skip to next folder or skip 10 songs. I assume he continues, which comes first, 10 songs or a folder? The instructions in this question are not clear. - No Flac, AAC, Opus or Vorbis skills. But the `lame -V0` mp3 encoding seems good enough to me at the moment. - FM autoscan lacks memory for all stations I can receive. - As far as I can tell, there is no way to manually program FM stations. - Never adjust the volume for each source. FM is loud, SD/USB storage is ok and Bluetooth is very quiet. So if I turn SD on volume 12 I have to turn it down to about 6 to use FM but I have to turn it up to about 24 to make a call. I called my wife on my cell phone, I had to turn it up LOTS to hear her and then when she hung up the MP3 automatically resumed and blew my ears. So uh. Stop MP3 playing before making a call, otherwise this radio may scare you so much that you cause an accident. Or simply never make or receive calls while driving. Other thoughts: This is a good cheap radio. I bought it for my cheap used car. If I had a new quiet car with good noise isolation, I would probably spend more money on a quality radio or touchscreen. With a 128GB microSD card (easy to get for $20 here at Revain) I can give my entire music library plenty of free storage. As for FM broadcasting, sometimes I like to listen to 105.9. This is a problem with this radio as there is no way to manually program stations and the autoscan fills up memory before it even reaches 105. And the search function seems to miss 105.9 when I don't have a perfectly clear signal. So. Press and hold the seek button until you see 'manual' on the screen, then keep pressing it to manually tune the radio to a station (this isn't documented in the included instructions). There is a way to jump to a specific song on your flash drive if you know the number the radio is assigning to it. Press and hold the CH+ button until the display changes, then turn the dial to set the number. Press CH+ to move to the next digit. When you've entered the whole number, press the dial and it will jump to that song.
