Screws not included, you must use screws from your old part

I bought this for my 2005 Chevy Trailblazer. replaced the old one, reset the codes and the loss of engine power immediately went away. When I started my car the problem was solved, the car picks up speed when I press the gas pedal again. I thought it was the fuel pump but it turned out to be this part.
