At least 3 different stylists have commented on my great hair color. When I tell them that I use henna, they are stunned. Everyone said that henna usually paints gray hair badly. My natural hair color is dark brown. When the henna wears off my gray color gives me nice reddish highlights. I dyed my hair professionally and regularly use homemade dyes. They always make my hair dry and unhealthy. This henna makes my fine hair thicker and never dry or over processed. It's like my normal hair, only better. I took this photo in the bathroom with the heat lamp on. This is the brightest light. This is after 1 week. I only have gray on the upper front. The rest of her hair is naturally dark brown. The color builds up. So if you start out with a lot of grey, it may take a few uses before you get the best results. I've been using this for at least 7 years. Without that really bright light, everything looks dark brown.
