Best Customer Service & Excellent Platform

The best thing about Yesim is the support it gives. I have experienced nothing but professionalism in the process. With Yesim, I feel like I am speaking with a friend who is knowledgeable and is there for me. The only thing I dislike about Yesim is that it does not give us the option to have a dedicated account manager in charge of our account. They don't seem to have a system in place for that. The Yesim team keeps me up to date on all the changes to the platform and to my account. I am able to use an app on my smartphone to manage my Yesim account on a daily basis without having to call anyone. I enjoy that I am able to use my smartphone more often than a computer or mobile device. Overall it has allowed me and my company to grow and grow. Yesim has the best customer service that I have found. They are always willing to listen to any concern or problem that we have and help us find a solution to them. The best thing about this product is that it's easy to use, has many features like call forwarding, auto-attendant etc., which helps me manage my business calls very well. It sometimes crashes while making or receiving phonecalls. I would suggest using other VoIP services rather than installing Yesim B2B as they are quite good. We have been able to reduce our monthly expenses by almost half compared with what we were paying before.
