Received this Chromebook from Acer today, thinking it was in near mint condition as advertised. Arrived in poor condition with deep scratches all over the case (top, sides, bottom). One of the corners was so scratched that the plastic came loose. The bottom of the laptop where the 2 speakers should be has a hole as the plastic grille is broken. I honestly don't know who could certify a product as 'as new'? Otherwise, like new. I understand where someone might miss a few small marks, scratches, but not this. UPDATE: So I returned the above laptop and ordered another one a few days later. The second is far from "like new" and has scratches on all corners and sides. There is a tear at the bottom where the rubber leg is. A few screws are missing, the rest has loosened a lot. The right hinge area is not aligned. It turns out that all of these laptops were abused by the owners and are now being sold to us in 'like new' condition? The description should say "poor" condition!
