Update: I received my new jacket and it is brand new. The company made everything right!Update: the seller reached out to me about my issue. I explained the situation and they are sending me another jacket- FREE! I know it doesn’t happen often, but they are making the situation right.First, I want to say I love the jacket so far. I waited awhile to receive it. However, I ordered a large, but I received an extra large. Also, when I wore it the first time and checked the pocket, there was a used tissue and used chapstick in the pockets, which leads me to believe, it is definitely a used product. I am not sending it back, but I am sending it to the cleaners. You should just be aware that you are not receiving a NEW product when purchasing!
