Complete set of gaskets. They seem to be of great quality for the price. I recommend buying a kit without head bolts and ordering ARP head bolts so you don't have to worry about the bolts breaking from the torque. I'm in the process of building my 2001 5.3 so I'll update my review after it's been running for a while. Edit: The engine has been running for a couple of weeks now and has almost 1000 miles on it. I definitely recommend these MLS cylinder head gaskets. The ARP head bolts have already paid for themselves, I had to disassemble the motor to change the roller lifters. ARP cap screws are reusable. Edit: I'm seeing some bad reviews from people who bought the wrong kit for their 6.0. Common sense dictates that the 4.8/5.3 has the same bore, but the 6.0 has a larger bore than 4 inches. Ls engines, like most other engines, have a specific bore. Don't buy that 6 liter kit and fret that the head gasket is too small for the hole. 22,000 mile update: I replaced the Summit Pro LS camshaft so I have some now! The cylinder head gaskets hold perfectly. I took this truck off the field on April 1, 2019, it sat with water in the oil for ten years due to a blown cylinder head gasket (overheating). I bought this kit and some Arp head bolts, rebuilt the heads and put them back together. After a lot of cleaning and replacing all the rubbers, I love this truck! One more note: the idiot reviewers below me didn't realize that the motors have two different generations of head bolts. Ignore his bad rating! The first generation has 8 much longer bolts (155mm) and fits 97-03, sometime in mid 2003 they were changed to all 10 bolts with a main head that is 100mm shorter. This set is a first generation set and marked in the description.
